The Garfield Refining team is thrilled to celebrate a new milestone today: we’ve surpassed 500 reviews on Google! We’re extremely grateful to all of our valued customers who’ve entrusted us with their refining needs and took the time to share their experiences.
Although we’ve been in business for over a century, we only started accumulating Google reviews about a decade ago. Since then, we’ve earned a 4.6-star average, a testament to our dedication and growth.

Hitting this benchmark wouldn’t be possible without our amazing team of Customer Support Specialists and Account Managers. Not only do they take great care of our customers, but they play a crucial role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly.
We’re honored by our company’s progress and appreciate every review we’ve received, whether it’s a full 5-stars or offers constructive feedback. Each review helps us learn and evolve, pushing us to continually elevate our service.
We’ve had one mission since 1892: providing you with the highest returns on your precious metal scrap. Whether you’re looking to recycle unwanted gold, silver, platinum, or palladium, we’ve got you covered. Here’s to the next 500 reviews and beyond – thank you for being a part of our journey!
