| ASSAY LABORATORY Our state-of-the-art analytical lab is equipped with the the latest technologies including x-ray flourescence spectrometry (XRF). Precise measurement of precious metal content is essential for a favorable return. |

| COMPUTER NETWORK Our advanced computer network enables us to individually track every shipment that comes to us from arrival to payment. The system integrates data from assay, daily price fixes, bullion exchanges, printing checks, and mailing payment. It also allows us to offer advanced services such as E-mail Alert and PriceAlert. |

| REFINING OFFICE The nerve center of our facility is the Refining Office, where we monitor world precious metals markets, supervise operations, as well as buy and sell. Knowledgeable executives are available to answer any questions concerning your material. All calls are answered by a live receptionist who routes the call. |
