From the moment your material arrives at our state-of-the-art facility in Philadelphia, where it is fully processed, it never leaves our premises. There is no “collection point” and no further shipping of your material. You always know exactly where your material is.

Your material is weighed, examined, sorted, weighed again and finally melted by one our skilled specialists, with special care taken to maximize yields. A homogeneous sample is taken for assay.

Samples are then analyzed in our fully equipped laboratory for gold, silver, palladium and platinum maintext.

Finally, valuation is determined and payment is issued, usually within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
